BIG DAY PLAN

Your big day is finally approaching, and we're excited for you! Give us a broad idea of your wedding program so we can highlight if we see any production related concerns.  Do exclude items like 'set up decor', or 'things to bring'.
We seek your understanding that while our crew is focused on capturing your big day, it is unlikely they keep track of timings on the Actual Day. This big day plan helps us to take a quick glance on what's coming up. It also allows us to highlight production related concerns. For example; veiling of the bride and groom arrival in the morning shouldn't happen simultaneously, if you have only 1 photographer that day.

    Example:
    6am Start of Bride's makeup
    9am Start of Gatecrash
    10am Reach Groom's house
    11am Reach Bride's house
    1pm Start of Lunch
    6pm Start of Solemnisation

    Notes:
    • We generally recommend starting 1 hour after your makeup artist(s) arrives.
    • We aim to arrive 30mins for setup (excludes live stream)
    • As banquets are usually run by venue managers, do list down special programs if any. March-ins, cake cutting, toasts and couple's speeches are broadly considered as standard programs

    Notes:
    • This is normally the bride's makeup venue.
    • This is the first or earliest venue the crew reports to.
    • Please enter more than one, if applicable.

Hotel or restaurant's name or address
Fill us in on your hotel's operations or banquet managers' contact numbers, just in case we get stopped by the reception or security personnel.

    Alternative Contact Numbers
Key appointment holders during your Actual Day. This can be MOH/Best Man, Audio Video (AV) IC, Time Keepers or Wedding Planners.
You are the last people we want to interrupt during your big day.

    Notes:
    • Here are some inspirations for your SameDayEdit song choice (Tap here for Playlist)
    • We usually edit your SameDayEdit at your banquet venue. This is mainly to avoid traffic jams.
    • Please arrange with the venue's staff for a regular table or bar counter with AC supply (power outlets) situated at most 5 metres from the table.
    • Typically business centres, cafes, lounges, banquet hall's AV table.
    • Reserve this table from 11am, until your first march-in.

    NOT RECOMMENDED
    • Helpers room; where valuables are left unattended.
    • Coffee table; where our editor needs to bend over for a long period of time.
    • Outdoors/open air places; due to elements of nature.
    • Solemnisation locations; because we will usually still be editing through your solemnisation and it will be unsightly.

    Notes:
We wish to highlight and remind that your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. A second video/photographer (especially videographer) is highly recommended for the following events:
    • Solemnisation; action-reaction shots, where we can see your reactions to each other's vows.
    • March-ins; where we can capture from multiple angles front, side or back.
    • Speeches; where we can capture both the speaker(s), and the reactions of family members and guests.

Skip if repeated or not required
